"How to Begin Daily Work"

Have you discovered that when you stay awake the whole night, it affects you at the next day's work? 
 Yeah, if you have never experienced it, then find out from those who have witnessed .

Beginning Your Day



  I , talking to you now is a life witness. I have encountered it several times. 
  At times, sleep just dry off caused by unknown reasons. 
  At other times, the sleeplessness is either as a result of a change of room, sleeping with someone snoring.
  In another time, sleeplessness is caused by climate change... especially when the rainy season is about to come.
  I am just giving a few of the reasons why I some times stay awake.
 Others have told me they stay awake because of financial problems like owing heavy, or marital problems.
  Now all this is to tell you that as you stay awake, it disturbs your activities in the next day.
Preparing what work today starts from having full sleep the night before.
 Failure which you would hardly accomplish your programs. Dizziness would likely come in along the way. 
  If you're use to spending sleepless nights, know you are reducing your lifespan and making yourself vulnerable to many health problems.
 Furthermore, you will hardly do any effective work. You will barely meet up with your daily program of work. 
 End result. Retarded progress.
  How do you plan to work in a day?
 > Sleep for at least 7 hours the night before.
>Make a to-do-list showing duration and what you will be doing.
>Know exactly what you have to do and how long it will take to accomplish it.
>Focus on one thing at  a time.
> Stop all disturbances from outsiders. Put off your phone during work to avoid distractions.
>Choose times to relax. Too much work without rest mares or reduces productivity.
>Plan everything before going to bed... know what to do, where to it, and when to do it before going to bed. 
> As you lie in bed, tell your soul when to get out of bed. Your soul will do exactly that.
   Now that you know that no day passes by without you doing something. It's time to plan your work early enough.
  Sleep early, get up early and begin work early. 
 Do this severally and you will be a very rich person within the shortest possible time.
  The only secret to riches is organized hard work.
